These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Synergistic Intervention Specialists and Training LLC website, forms, communications, and other online features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian to submit an inquiry or engage our services.

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or other professional advice; it does not establish a clinician-patient relationship; and it should not replace evaluation by a qualified professional.

Synergistic Intervention Specialists and Training LLC is not an emergency service. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service. In the United States, people experiencing a suicide or mental health crisis may call or text 988.

Descriptions of intervention, family coaching, sober transport, consulting, and related services are general. Any services we agree to provide may be governed by a separate written agreement, scope, fee, and cancellation policy. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding paid services, the signed agreement controls for that issue.

Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and the decisions of participants. We cannot guarantee that an individual will enter treatment, remain in treatment, achieve sobriety, or experience any particular result.

Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate and optional. You may choose one, both, or neither, and neither checkbox is required to submit an inquiry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Your consent applies only to the message category or categories you selected. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services you request.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from that program unless you later opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through the same method you used initially or otherwise provide a new affirmative consent.

For help, reply HELP or call (619) 764-6178. We may also recognize other customary opt-out keywords where required. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from contacting us by telephone or through our website.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability, device compatibility, and carrier restrictions. Supported carriers and program availability may change.

Our messaging program is intended to comply with applicable laws and industry standards. You agree not to use our messaging channel for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights.
